5. Booking and Appointments
5.1 Reservations

If you book a service or appointment through the Site, you agree to arrive on time and provide accurate contact information. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

 
9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STYLE HOUSE NASHVILLE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site

  • Any content obtained from the Site

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

 
10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Style House Nashville and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

 
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Nashville, Tennessee. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

 
12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

 
13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Style House Nashville regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

 
14. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
